PledgeMusic Pre-Order is Live!

You may know me as a folk singer or as a bluegrass musician, you might also know me as a janis joplin-esque rocker. Fans of both won’t be disappointed with the album “Cast Iron Shoes” a dynamic mixture of spitfire songwriting and contemplative melancholy.

In July of 2017 I recorded 11 original songs at Seaside Lounge Recording Studio in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Producer Clinton Curtis, Engineer Geoff Countryman and I were able to create the album I’ve always hoped to make; a relative of Bonnie Raitt’s ‘Nick Of Time’ with firey notes of Alanis Morissette’s “Jagged Little Pill”. Each song was crafted in the two years prior to the recording, a moment when I paused to look back at the last 14 years on the road.

Cast Iron Shoes is completed and ready to be pressed. Supporters who purchase the album in the PledgeMusic pre-order will have the opportunity to hear the music before it is offered to anyone else. Pledgers will also have their choice of exclusives like never before released demos and acoustic solo versions of some of my songs.

I will have my PledgeMusic pre order open until June 28th and at the end of that time will press the discs and send them out. I am planning an official CD release tour of the Northeast in September using my brilliant band ‘Say Darling’ to bring the songs to life.

I owe so much to the fans, friends, musicians, and family who have stood by me for the last 14 years. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the countless people who have taken me in, fed me, taught me, and encouraged me to take this next step in my career.
